Prior to founding Analytrix and SpeedSpeak, he was a Senior Systems Developer at SAS Institute, a contractor for the US EPA, a consultant for the NC National Guard and a computer salesman. He has worked on products that use high-end graphics, animation and virtual reality to enhance business presentations.
Sidd started his training as a member of Toastmasters International in 1989. In his 18 years with Toastmasters, he has coordinated numerous leadership workshops and trained speakers at SAS Institute, Duke University, Kaiser Permanente and other corporate and civic organizations. In 1999, he was awarded the Distinguished Toastmasters Award, Toastmaster’s highest award. In 2002, was finalist in the US Jaycees National Speakup Speech contest. He has been called on to serve as keynote speaker and Master of Ceremonies at several conferences. He was the 2004 President of the CED Earlybirds Toastmasters.
Sidd loves to incorporate humor in the speeches he has delivered to businesses, organizations, schools and universities on topics like leadership, training, public speaking, finance, motivation and technology. For him, it’s all about getting the message across effectively and memorably.
Sidd holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from NC State University (1988)
